Pavilion Suite The Pavilion Suite is perfect for those who want that little extra out of life. With its elevated aspect our Pavilion suite offers unparalleled views across the lagoon and out to sea. Enjoy a piping hot cup of Ceylon tea on the balcony and watch everyday life play out in front of you as the kite surfers enjoy their thrills as they slide along the lagoon waters or fishermen haul in their catch on the distant sand bar.Perhaps you’ll need extra space because you’re travelling with family. It would be our pleasure to book both suites for you and make sure everyone in your group is settled in comfortably. Situated on the upper deck of the Pavilion, these rooms are perfect for a larger group seeking private space.
 
  Two spacious Pavilion suites booked together for a larger party will give the entire upper floor with two sitting areas in the front and small balcony at the back for exclusive use. Pavilion Suites are ideal for business colleagues sharing accommodations, and for families. These suites feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped, en-suite facilities, private balcony, and separate living and sleeping areas.

Distance 1.5 MI / 2.41 Km to WEST to Puttalam Road Exit Airport west on the slip road towards Negambo – Colombo Road, on the main exit turn North towards Puttalam on Route A3,  at the 123rd Km post left on Route A3 and proceed towards Dutch Bay Kalpitiya (take a left at the 36th Km post and follow the sign to Divyaa Resort); hotel is located on the water front past the Coastal Conservation Bungalows. Room rates will be subject to: 10% Service Charge, 12% VAT, Tourism Development levy(TDL) 1% , NBT 2%.(not included for online rates).
Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through a security online payment gateway. If the payment for your booking on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received 72 hours prior to the time of your arrival; else, your booking is liable to be cancelled. Confirmation of services is subject to availability. In such instances ,www.divyaa.com reserves the right to find alternative options which are similar or of a higher category.In such cases, www.divyaa.com will notify the customer 24 hours from the time the payment has been received.
Confirmation
For the payment confirmation you should provide valid E-mail ID as requested during registration. You should not take any action based on information on the Web site until you have received a confirmation of your transaction to the registered email id. In any case confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your transaction with in 24hours, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our customer care hotline on +94 11 462 1155 or write to us on Book@divyaa.com.
Amendment and Cancellation policy
Any cancellation received within 30 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value. Cancellation received within 21 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of the booking value. Cancellation received within 14 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy ).
Refunds
Payments received via our payment gateway using valid credit cards will be refunded back to the originated card only. Refunds are only applicable if booking/s are cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement of the arrival date and all refunds will be subject the above mentioned cancellation and amendment policy.The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary from case to case.
If you make a booking and thereafter are not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the booking including hotel reservations selected by you will stand cancelled and www.divyaa.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard. www.divyaa.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, whole or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice. In case of dispute with any party, www.divyaa.com decision will be binding and final.


Kitesurfing is one of the fastest growing water sports in the world. Kalpitiya is the perfect place for Kitesurfing; the trade winds, shallow blue lagoon waters or the Indian Ocean waters on the other side of the sand bank and soft sand beaches make the learning process easy and enjoyable.


Divyaa Kitesurfing School in Dutch Bay Kalpitiya offers a variety of classes, from beginner to expert level lessons in Kitesurfing, surfing and body boarding.


Classes are taught by local pros who are IKO and ISA certified and insured to guarantee safety and quality. Kalpitiya Kite surfing School has been teaching since 2011 with many students a year taking lessons. We use the latest Naish Sigma kites with Naish and Nobile boards so the equipment is always fresh and safe.
